  • Minimum equipment rental requirement of $100 for orders serviced during regular business hours.

  • Minimum equipment rental requirement of $200 for orders serviced after hours.  At Best Rents, Inc. after-hours are defined as before 7:00 am and after 7:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

  • Minimum equipment rental requirement of $300 for orders delivered beyond our standard service area of 80 miles.

  • Rentals outside our standard service area are provided to Corporate Customers ONLY.

Rental Policies

  • Customer pickups are not accepted.

  • Our standard delivery service includes basic setup and testing of rented equipment. 

  • For Same Day or Next Day Equipment Rental Service, Please Contact us by Phone.

  • A service fee may be added for large or heavy items and sizable orders.

  • You or a representative designated by you or your company must be available to sign for receipt of rental equipment.

  • Repeat deliveries or pickups may be subject to an additional charge.

  • Freight charges posted on invoice agreement include delivery, installation, and pick-up to and from your office or venue unless the equipment is shipped via FedEx®, UPS®, or other carrier.

NOTE: Some Venues May Charge Drayage and/or Union Fees for Which You will be Responsible

Deliveries

  • Once your order has been confirmed, cancellation must be received at least three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery date may be assessed a minimum fee of 25% of equipment rental rate.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be assessed a minimum fee of 50% of equipment rental rate.

  • Cancellations made at the time of delivery or after delivery has taken place will be assessed 100% of invoice total.

  • When renting our equipment, you are responsible for the equipment's safe return and any and all charges incurred.
