Rental Equipment Policy

Minimum equipment rental purchase of $150 for orders delivered and retrieved during regular business hours.

Minimum equipment rental purchase of $250 for orders delivered or retrieved after hours. After-hours are defined as before 7:00 am and after 7:00 PM on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Minimum equipment rental purchase of $400 for orders delivered beyond our Local Coverage Area.

Rental services required outside our local coverage area are provided exclusively to coporate customers.

Laptop rentals are available only to corporate customers, except as noted below.

​Laptop rentals are accessible for personal use only when combined with additional rental equipment. Uses may include special events such as weddings, quinceañeras, bat mitzvahs, and other celebratory or ceremonial events where audio visual rental equipment may also be needed.
NOTE: Minimum Computer and AV equipment rental purchase requirements listed above do not include applicable sales tax and delivery service fees.
Rental Delivery Service

Rental equipment orders are delivered, setup, and retrieved by Best Rents, Inc.

Customer pickups are not permitted.

For same day or next day equipment rental needs, please contact us by phone.

Freight/Delivery Service charges posted on the invoice rental agreement include delivery and pickup to and from your office or venue. Basic equipment setup may also be included.

FedEx®, UPS®, or other carriers may be used to ship orders outside of the South Florida area.

For large orders or particularly heavy items, additional service or labor charges may be applicable.

Repeat deliveries and/or pickups may be subject to an additional charge. Contact us in advance if you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup date and time.

You or a representative designated by you or your company must be available to sign for receipt of rental equipment and/or services provided.
NOTE: Trade shows and exhibit halls may charge drayage and/or union fees for which you, as the exhibitor, will be responsible for.
Rental Order Cancellations

Once your rental order has been confirmed, cancellation must be received at least three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery date may be assessed a minimum fee of 25% of equipment rental rate.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be assessed a minimum fee equal to 50% of equipment rental rate.

Cancellations made at the time of delivery or after delivery has taken place will be assessed 100% of invoice total.

When renting our equipment, you are responsible for the equipment's safe return and any and all charges incurred.
