Delivery Information:
|

|
You or a representative from your company must be on-hand to
sign for delivery of rental equipment. Repeat deliveries and/or pick-ups are subject to
an additional charge. Freight charges include: delivery, basic installation, and
pick-up to and from your office, hotel room, or
booth unless equipment is shipped through FedEx, UPS, or other
carrier. Note: Some venues may charge drayage and/or union
fees for which you will be responsible.

Cancellation
Policy:

|
|
Once your order has been confirmed, an
email cancellation must be received at least three business days prior to scheduled
delivery date to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made
between 24 and 72 hours prior to delivery date will be assessed a minimum fee of 25% of
invoice total. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled
delivery, at the time of delivery, or after delivery has
taken place, may be charged 50% to 100% of invoice total.
